ClipMixer 2.0 (Create Before You Scroll) is a private internal tool designed to help manage media content, schedule and publish videos to connected social media platforms, and store associated publishing metadata.

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and Access

Access to this application is restricted. Currently, it is intended for admin-only use by the site owner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Connected Platforms

The Service allows you to connect individual accounts from third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and Pinterest).

• Connection is at your sole discretion.
• Publishing actions occur only with your explicit authorization through the Service.
• The Service relies on third-party APIs which may change, be restricted, or break at any time. We are not responsible for any issues caused by changes to these external services.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you upload, mix, or schedule through the Service. By using the Service to publish content, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share that content on the selected platforms.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Posting content that infringes upon intellectual property rights, promotes harassment, or constitutes spam.
• Any attempt to bypass platform rules or security protections.
