• Connected Platform Data: For integrated platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Pinterest), we store account IDs, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry, and granted scopes.
• Content Metadata: We store video titles, captions, scheduled publish times, platform-specific post IDs, and publication statuses.
• Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, basic application logs, and security timestamps for debugging and system integrity.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate the user and maintain session security.
• Connect to and interact with authorized social media platforms.
• Publish and schedule video content as directed by the user.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide security auditing.

ClipMixer 2.0 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or connection data to any third parties.

3. How We Share Information

Information is shared only in the following scenarios:

• Connected Platforms: Data is sent to Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X, and Pinterest APIs specifically to execute publishing actions requested by the user.
• Service Providers: We use infrastructure providers like Vercel (for hosting) and Supabase (for database/auth) strictly to operate the application services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Tokens and sensitive connection data are stored securely in our database. Access is restricted to the authenticated administrator under the principle of least privilege.

5. Data Retention

• Connection Data: We retain tokens while an account is connected. Disconnecting an account immediately removes associated tokens from our active database.
• Logs: Technical logs are retained for a limited period (typically 30-90 days) for security monitoring and debugging purposes.

6. Your Choices

You can manage your data in the following ways:

• Disconnect Accounts: You may revoke access to any connected platform at any time through the dashboard.
• Data Deletion: To request full deletion of your data, or for Meta-specific data deletion requests, navigate to Your account settings or contact us at the email provided below.

7. Third-Party Services

When you connect a social account, you are also subject to that platform's privacy policy (e.g., YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy). We encourage you to review those policies directly on their respective websites.

8. Children's Privacy

ClipMixer 2.0 is an internal business tool and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
